BRINDABELLA LIGHTING Pty Ltd are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
This includes products manufactured to order, “Special Buy Ins” or products sourced specifically for the Customer. These items are not returnable once ordered.

BRINDABELLA LIGHTING Pty Ltd does not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. Sale items are void of warranty. Returns are not accepted on sale items.

A refund or exchange can be considered if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
  • is unsafe.
  • is significantly different from the sample or description.
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
  • Damaged or defective products delivered that are not otherwise in accordance with the Customer’s order may be returned
    to BRINDABELLA LIGHTING Pty Ltd within 7 days of delivery. A return authority is required prior to return.
  • Subject to the above all products and services shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer as being in accordance with the order.
  • If the Customer wishes to return products after delivery and within a 7-day period, then this will be at the discretion of BRINDABELLA LIGHTING Pty Ltd
    and the manufacturer of the product.
  • Returned products should be returned in a saleable condition and in its original packaging.
  • Products returned that are not in a saleable condition and original packaging will be deemed unsaleable and not accepted and a credit will not be forthcoming for that item/s.
  • BRINDABELLA LIGHTING Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 30%.

If the problem is not major, we will endeavour to repair the item.
If it cannot be repaired, you can choose either a refund or replacement.

Please retain your receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.
